It all started in 1961 when Howard Schifferer started the family construction firm serving hospitals, churches, community centers, residential properties, and the industrial sector for over 40 years.

Dean grew up working alongside his father, where he gained a solid foundation in construction from an early age. After 28 years in the construction industry, Dean and his family felt God calling them to step out in faith thus the start of Schifferer Built, LLC—a general contracting company unapologetically rooted in Christian values that was created to provide service and value as if they were an extension of their clients’ teams.

What began as a vision has grown into a mission to serve ministries and organizations that facilitate salvation and enhance lives. Schifferer Built partners with churches, christian schools, preschools, medical facilities, food banks, and organizations supporting sex-trafficking survivors and addiction recovery. Dean and his team feel honored and blessed to help build momentum for these impactful ministries, always striving to fulfill God’s purpose through their work.

Principal/Director of Business Operations

Office manager who loves to serve rooted in 30+ years of nurse manager, educator and a passion for everyone being fiscally responsible.
