In every municipal sector project the budget is an immense priority. The budget is required to work in partnership with the design process. The most effective way we can serve your organization is to utilize a teamwork project delivery approach. This consists of our partnership with the Owner and Designer of each project individually. We initially budget the entire project and review these costs with the owner to then coordinate with the designer.

Our proficiency at design assist efforts become obvious very early in the design process. Many of our staff have operated in design offices at some point in their careers. We stay current on building systems analysis so we can readily offer suggestions to the designers as to which systems will provide the optimum value.

Our team brings a wealth of knowledge in the Commercial and Industrial Construction field through 50+ years of combined experience. The municipal sector is familiar ground as we have produced hospitals, manufacturing (including clean-rooms), resorts, retail, restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, recreation centers, police & fire stations, courthouses, aquatic centers, and event centers. These projects have consisted of tenant improvements, remodels, additions and complete ground up construction ranging in size from $10,000 to $100,000,000.
